I offer personalized 1-on-1 training for $30 a session. Any cancellations before 24 hours notice can be rescheduled for that month or will receive a full refund. Anything less than 24 hours will be lost as if that session was used. All training sessions are scheduled for up to an hour, but may be less depending on the workout and how quickly you get through it. During the sessions, I will go over a workout I give you to complete and your plan for the week. That price also includes nutrition coaching/education for what would help you with your results. I coach through an app, https://www.1stphorm.app/Lakomy, (not required, but recommended) that will allow me to keep in touch with you and oversee your progress when we aren't together.
