Our 9:00 AM Aligned Foundations session is almost full, so I’ve officially added a 10:00 AM session. 🙌🏼

If you’ve been wanting to try Aligned, this is such a good morning to do it. No membership required, no Pilates experience needed. Just come grab a mat and experience the studio with us.

‼️ DAYTIME LADIES‼️I need your input!

I’m looking ahead at our Aligned midday schedule and considering opening up a couple of later options.

Our 11:15–11:45 AM session isn’t going anywhere, but I’m considering:

⏰ 12:15–12:45 PM
⏰ 1:30–2:00 PM

Before I make any changes, I want to hear from the women who would actually use these times.
