🥎 July Lesson Schedule is LIVE! 🥎

I’ve officially opened my July schedule plus the first week of August for hitting and defensive lessons!

If you’re looking to get extra reps before fall ball, prepare for school tryouts, or just keep improving throughout the summer, I’d love to work with your athlete.

Whether it’s cleaning up a swing, building confidence at the plate, improving glove work, or sharpening the little details defensively, we’ll tailor each lesson to what your player needs most.

A few spots filled before I even opened the schedule, so if you’re hoping to get in, I’d recommend grabbing a time sooner rather than later!

A message from Coach Bolen:

I am in my last couple weeks of pregnancy and could go at any time. I am going to stop lessons after this week until September for my maternity leave. I will be available for questions about pitching and am also willing to analyze videos sent via text or through fb messenger in order to help with mechanics. I will continue to post drills for pitchers to work on at home.

I have a few high schoolers who are giving lessons and will post their contact information next week.

I could not be more proud of the progress all our pitchers have made this past year. Everyone is having awesome seasons and will no doubt continue to! I will miss all the girls very much and cannot wait to see how much improvement they have made when I see then again in the fall!

Hi everyone!

I’m Coach Lauren Klein, and I’m excited to partner with Jenna Bolen on this page!

I offer both hitting and defensive lessons. I was a catcher throughout my youth career and continued playing at Parkland College, where I was honored to earn Defensive Player of the Year during my time there.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege of coaching at both the middle school and high school levels in Monticello. My passion has always been to grow the game by building strong connections between our youth and high school programs—because today’s young athletes are tomorrow’s stars.

The Sage softball family is incredibly special to me, and I consider myself lucky to be a part of it. My goal is not only to help players improve their skills but also to build confidence, competitiveness, and a genuine love for the game.

I currently have a few openings available in June, and my July schedule will be released soon. If you have any questions or would like to schedule a lesson, feel free to reach out. I’d love the opportunity to work with your athlete!
