With all the negativity in the world, what a nice review!

"I don't understand why there are so many negative reviews, these guys are awesome.

Here is my experience:

I bought a golf cart from them in 2022. Never had a problem with it, it was amazing - and my kids beat the crap out of it. Super easy purchase (including a test drive), they were great and explained all I needed to know for maintenance - even gave recommendations based on how I used it (dusty environment, tips to keep it happy.)

Fast forward to October 2025. My starter-generator took a crap. My kids ride this thing more than a grown man rides a motorcycle in a warm client - so it was to be expected. I called them at 430 on a Friday and asked for recommendations. He said I could either bring the cart or the motor and get it repaired. Told me they would check it out and see if it could be rebuilt or replaced. I elected to take the actual starter-generator to them.
He took about a 1 minute look, told me what he thought it was and gave me a price of what it should be around - but left the understanding that there could be more issues.
Next morning, a Saturday, I got a call at 930 that it was repaired and ready to go. That's quick service! Thing runs like a champ now.

So, as for all of the other reviews:
You wouldn't just swing by your mechanic and have them replace your motor unannounced, now would you?
You cant just expect that a Honda repair shop would work on your Lexus, would you?
You don't take your computer to your local small engine repair shop, would you?
Do you expect your local car dealership to let you take a car on a test drive down a muddy road? No way, they keep it on the streets - where its clean (like inside a building if its nasty outside.)
Use common sense in trying to get something done. Stop complaining in reviews about things that are your own fault. Try adulting, its common sense people!

Bottom line:
Great guys here doing what they enjoy.
Very knowledgeable and always willing to help and give you advice or instructions.
Great prices on their equipment.
Their equipment is solid, we literally have beat the crap out of our cart with absolutely no issues that weren't common or expected.
Quick service. Overnight for me, even though my job was smaller than most - it was very quick compared to anywhere else you can go to.

Go here and support your small businesses before common sense and courtesy is gone! Highly recommended."
