Big day at The Gym Monticello! We have a crew here today installing 6 new pieces of equipment. The gym will remain open, but things might be a little hectic at times while everything gets put together. Get ready for the best leg day ever!!

We’re excited to work with youth ages 12–18 and teach them how to train the right way — from proper warm-ups and correct form to foundational strength principles and more advanced movements.
This class is about building confidence, teaching safe technique, and giving them real knowledge they can use in the gym and in sports.
We’ll cover:
• Proper lifting form
• Effective warm-up routines
• Strength & conditioning basics
• Injury prevention principles

At the end of the session, we’ll leave time for open Q&A so they can ask about any lifts, struggles, or goals they’re working toward.

Members and non-members welcome.
