28th, then I will move to The Lotus den on Monday October 5th. Same location, new name.

Char’s barre class will be held on Thursdays at 9:30. No more Friday morning class.

There will be no “at the barre” with Char this morning.

There is a change for this evening’s class. It will not be yoga. It will be “at the barre with Char”. Would love to have some of the yogis join me. Class starts at 5:30.
Just so you know this class will not last 75 minutes ~ more like 45 - 60 minutes

Had 6 wonderful women join me “at the barre” today. So great to have the “regulars” back. Would love to have more join us. BTW this is how we “social distance” at “the barre”. We do have room for more. Thanks

The Studio is celebrating our 1 year anniversary today! We are so grateful for everyone who has helped make The Studio successful. A special thank you to Char Lucas, Erin Hallett, and Kate Layman for their commitment to our studio community. Thank you to all of our regular students for consistently showing up and brightening our days. I appreciate all of you more than you know and hope to see you all tomorrow. The Studio will be offering free classes all day! Namaste
