Haidong Gumdo is a beautiful art with flowing dynamic sword forms that can enhance your stamina and energy by moving your body, mind and spirit together. This art prides itself for being a martial art of three generations. This

is a great program for a martial artist looking to add to their current program. This school has met all the requirements in accordance with the guidelines of the World Haidong Gumdo Federation.
