Update: a report has been made and everything we have has been handed over to White County. They will decide what to do from here. I was hoping the gentleman would come back and return it but no luck. Still praying for this man who claimed to be down on his luck at the moment. Thank you to the entire community for showing up for Cadence!! You all have been a blessing and turned something foul into something amazing. This is why I love this place.

I’ve contemplated on posting this because we have had such a positive week with all the kids getting fishing poles… and we hate that we even need to make this post, but it has been bothering me. Mostly because they obviously don’t know this community, us or what we are about.

To the person who stole the cash right out of the jar for Miss Heart of Indiana,
Shame on you! That young lady has been working her tail off, making bracelets and selling them at a free will donation. You didn’t steal from us or our business. You stole from her. I will not post you or blast your image all over facebook, so be thankful to be spared of the humiliation. Because you know who you are and you have to live with yourself. Instead I will post the picture of the beautiful young lady who has more heart and integrity than you. So you can see the face of the amazing young lady you robbed. She will be ok, she will make a difference in this world and we covered what you stole to make sure she succeeds.
We will just pray. Pray for your heart, pray you make it right but most importantly… pray you find Jesus. Have a blessed day sir.
