🇺🇸Memorial Day is today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice for our country. While Memorial Day is often spent with family, friends, and community, we never want to forget the true meaning behind this day. At Wayne County Fitness, we are especially grateful for the many veterans who are part of our gym family. We love and respect each of you deeply. But today is also about remembering those who never made it home the heroes who gave their lives so we could enjoy the freedoms we have every single day.
It is a sad day, but also an honorable one. Their courage, sacrifice, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

Thank you to our fallen heroes, we remember you, we honor you, and we are forever grateful. ❤️🤍💙
