Moments like these are what this sport is really about 🥺💙

Lillian, our Swimmer of the Month, finished her 50 fly even after her goggles fell off — pushing through the entire second lap and still rallying to the wall. And Richie, who was close to panicking before his 25 free, found his courage with the help of one of our amazing older swimmers, trusted himself, dove in, and won his heat.

So incredibly proud of their determination, resilience, and heart at the NDAC swim meet. We hope they know how proud we are — these are the moments that matter most.
