Please read this in its entirety so you’re up to date! We have some changes coming soon! 🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻
Starting the first week of December we will launch our soft opening of our Power Chair+Mat classes!!! These will be full body strength based classes utilizing the Wunda Chair, body weight, free weight, & the mat among many other fun things 🤪❤️🤞These classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:15am and 10:15am to offset our heaviest waitlisted hours. We will add more in the new year as the demand grows. 🙏🏻
With that being said, new additions come at a cost. We are changing our cancellation policy as we can no longer accept or afford late cancels. We have a generous 2 hour policy (most studios have a 10+). Late cancels affect our business, as waitlisted students can’t make it here without proper notice. Below is our new policy.

Torched Pilates cancellation policy requires a 2 hour notice to avoid fees or losing a class credit. Late cancels will result in a $15 fee for unlimited members or a lost class credit for package members, while no-shows incur a $20 fee for unlimited members or a lost class for package members. NO EXCEPTIONS OR REFUNDS will be given.

Also, you must cancel on the APP. Please do not text me or Anna to same day cancel you, as we may not see it in time to prevent you from being charged. 🙏🏻

If you are unsure about making it, cancel the night before and jump back on the next morning if there is availability. 🙏🏻❤️🫶🏻

I’m sorry for any inconvenience but I have something going on every weekend in the upcoming months and I need one day a week off. 🥵❤️ By the time Saturday comes, I’m over 50 hours in and I clean the house and studio as well plan everyone’s sessions on Sundays.
Even tho I don’t like accepting it, I’m not a spring chicken any longer and this body that I love to torture needs a day of rest! Love y’all! 😘😘😘
