Title: Week 3 Update: Clear Mind, Strong Body, and Building Momentum (from 3/24)
BLUE ASH — It’s Week 3 of Justin Sherman’s comeback prep, and things are starting to click — inside and out.
Sherman, who is training toward a Classic Physique pro card and eyeing the amateur division at the Indy Supershow this June, says this past week has been a turning point.
“Mentally, I feel clear. Physically, I’m starting to really feel great,” he said. “The energy is there. I’m not dragging anymore. I’m excited to train. I can see changes happening.”
After a strict first two weeks built on clean eating, consistency, and high-volume training, Sherman is now seeing visible results. More definition. Better fullness. A sharper physique beginning to take shape.
But it’s not just about the mirror. It’s about the mindset.
“This whole process lights me up,” Sherman said. “I’m more driven now than I’ve been in years. I love putting in this work — and I love talking to my clients about it. Because this isn’t just about me. This is a community. And I want to show them what’s possible when you go all in.”
Sherman has always put his clients first — even in the middle of his own transformation. He says the shared commitment to growth and hard things is what keeps him grounded and focused.
“It’s not about being perfect. It’s about being present,” he said. “When my clients see me doing the work too — not just coaching from the sidelines — it builds real trust. Real rapport. And that’s everything to me.”
With three full weeks down, Sherman says he’s fired up for what’s next. Week 4 is coming fast — and so is his first big transformation checkpoint.
“My team’s documenting everything, and I can’t wait for the Week 4 reveal on March 31,” he said. “This is just the beginning.”
