Studio Environment Fusion Fitnesss Studio incorporating Private Personal Training, TRX, and Pilates , Boot Camp, Circuit By appointment only. Saturday hours available by request.

Private or group training at my studio, your home or office. Fitness Trainer with more than 13 years of experience. I am a certified Balanced Body Pilates Trainer, ACE Personal Trainer, Group Certified TRX Instructor and Johnny G Spinning Instructor. I also teach many other forms of exercise, including: group strength, balance, and flexibility. All challenging and fun.
