The Aurora Fastpitch Softball Association is an organization that promotes the game of fastpitch softball in the Aurora, Illinois area. We are the governing body for the Aurora Raiders girls traveling teams and the Aurora Dolan & Murphy Shamrocks ASA/ISC level men's fastpitch team.

Our annual 5 B's BBQ at the Ballpark Night will be held July 10th from 4:30 to 6:30 PM. Tickets are available from managers, players and at the ballpark on game nights (Mondays & Wednesday). They will also be available on a drive in basis the night of the BBQ but it helps with planning if you buy ahead. 2 Pork Chop, 1/2 Chicken or a combination meals available Price is $18.00 and includes dinner roll, cole slaw and baked beans.

All proceeds are used to maintain league and improve Pierce Field.

AFSA League play begins Monday night @ 6:30 and continues each Monday and Wednesday through July @ Pierce Field, 1225 Jackson St., Aurora, IL. We also will start the season with a new scoreboard that we have installed. Come out and join us as we begin the 2026 season.

After replacing interior electronics we have a working scoreboard. Thanks to Kevin Ray from Midwest Scoreboards for his help in replacing the needed parts.

We would also like to thank David Todd from J. W. Todd for his assistance in designing and help in installing the support system and Andy Platt of Platt Electric for wiring the board and connecting electric at our maintenamce shed.

Thank you also to the following who assisted in this project: M. M. Peters Concrete for foundation work, J & S Construction for use of equipment to install board and maintain diamond and to Bill Pfeiffer for managing this project

After 94 years of league play we finally have a real scoreboard as we installed this today. Thanks to all the volunteers that have worked towards this goal for many years. A special thank you to our supporters who have given of their talents, time, equipment and resources over the years. Special thank you to our banner sponsors without whom it would be difficult to keep these expenses manageable. We also appreciate the following busnesses who have helped us get this scoreboard installed: J & S Constrution, B. J. Wolf & Sons Constrution, ATMI Precast and Platt Electric. Looking forward to afun 2026 Season of Fastpitch.

Play begins Friday May 1st and Saturday May 2nd with the AFSA Round Robin.
