They aren’t ultimatums. They’re alignment. If your “love” requires over-explaining, over-functioning, or shrinking that’s no where near intimacy. That’s survival.

Most women get stuck because choosing themselves would cost them comfort, familiarity, or money.

Let me be transparent here…that pause you feel before investing in support? That’s not intuition. That’s control telling you to stay where you are, continue surviving instead of choosing what would actually change you.

Self-love doesn’t wait for certainty, it doesn’t wait for someone else to tell it what to do. It chooses clarity and clarity comes from support, conversations, and actions not thinking.
