A Personal Trainer with a Specialization in Senior Fitness will be available to help you reach your fitness goals or help maintain your independence.

IT'S OUR 5 YEAR ANNIVERSARY THIS MONTH!
About 5 1/2 years ago we had a crazy idea to OPEN A GYM! We found the perfect building and got to work! We worked hard and turned a shed into a gym with a beautiful classroom in just a few short months. We put an addition on the front to add restrooms, an entryway and my office. The last 5 years I have made lots of friends and had so much fun teaching classes in my classroom. We appreciate every member, past and present and look forward to more classes and providing a place for people to use equipment. Thank you all for a great 5 years!
