Dear Lord,

Thank you for trusting these animals to our care. Let us stay kind to them as they do not owe us anything. Help us to forgive them when they make mistakes and challenge us.

More importantly Lord, help us to take responsibility for our own actions, education, and effort towards building relationships and understanding with these amazing four legged gifts you've given us!

Let us be quick to forgive ourselves and our animals when our instincts take over due to lack of knowledge, fear, frustration or worldly pressures that creep in and cause us to act outside of what builds our bond.

Lastly Lord, thank you for the doors you've opened that have led us down this path where we get to walk with our four legged companions inside and outside of the arena.

AMEN!!
