The Dread Ponies

With a heavy heart the Dread Ponies are suspending operations for the next 2+ years, or until a new skating venue becomes available. The Dread Ponies are a youth roller derby team, and with no place to scrimmage or hold bouts we could only hold on for so long.
With hope we wait, until the Ponies can rise again and become what they once were.
Thank you everyone, for all your support. See you soon, and keep skating.

After the LONGEST break ever we are back! Practice is a little different now but we are so happy to see some of our returning skaters and welcoming new ones!

Sunday June 27th between 3-6pm show this flyer at Blaze Pizza (110 General Stillwell Dr, Marina, CA) and they will donate 20% of the proceeds to The Dread Ponies!
Also if you are interested in attending our info session about our upcoming skate camp it will be held at 4pm that day at the same Blaze location.

Sunday, March 14th

Class 1 - Shuffle Skating / Simple Skate Routines
We'll be working on different shuffle skate movements used for group dances. Then I'll teach you a routine or two. Who knows we might build our own! (THE ROUTINES CHANGE EACH CLASS)

Class 2 - Pieces of the Puzzle! How to Connect Movement
In this class, we'll be learning how to piece together individual skate tricks to create your ultimate skate flow combination!
