Well, the DOJ is at it again! As many of you have probably already heard, the DOJ has decided that they can no longer afford to facilitate ammo background checks, so they’re passing the cost onto us, the citizens. They have proposed to increase the cost from $1, to $5, right on the heels of the excise tax initiative. This is another strategic attempt to deter gun owners and the 2A community.

Not all is lost, yet. They have agreed to have a comment period, where we the people, have the opportunity to tell them we do not agree with this! Comment period closes tomorrow, October 8, at 5pm. It is too late to drop letters in the mail, but there is an email address, where complaints can be sent. Send emails asap to [email protected] .

Please send a complaint! We have to start fighting back against California’s tyrannical government!

I have included my letter as an example, however, you can write something more simple as well. Just get the word out there. Share this information with your friends and family, and join me in taking back our state!
