Teaches Gentle Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, and is versed in other styles of yoga that she teaches from a place of truthfulness, gentleness, kindness, and uprightness with the knowledge thus far obtained and wholeheartedly hopes to bring each student to the seat of their own divine sacredness and guide them through the teachings of yoga to find everlasting peace with their body, mind, and soul.
