CY-CO We are no longer making CY-CO Sticks. I found I couldn't apply the right pressure to the right spots with a regular roller to achieve any benefit.

I have been participating in CrossFit and Olympic Weightlifting for a number of years and was feeling some tightness and pain that I wasn't able to reach with a foam or pvc roller. During a cycle of heavy squatting, my knees started to really bother me and the discomfort started to stick around longer and longer and began to affect my physically demanding job. Some progress was made when I used a

lacrosse ball on the floor but it was awkward and hard to keep in place. That is when I thought of the Cy-Co Stick. With the Cy-Co Stick, I can easily locate the tender and tight spots and easily stay on target, rolling out with accuracy. After using the Cy-Co Stick before, during and after my work outs on my quads, hips, & calves, I experienced significantly less discomfort in my knees. I made a few for other members at my box and they were so well received that I figured more people could benefit so I decided to offer them to a broader group: You!
