Free flow is one of my favorite physical practices. The goal is to keep moving without thought or judgement.
My movement practice consists of Jiu Jitsu, Yoga and Gymnastics based movements, but you can choose whatever modality you like (there’s a lot out there).
Learning a number of individual movements will make it easier to free flow with a purpose.
