Your warm-up isn’t just a box to check—it’s how you build mobility, protect your joints, and get your body ready to perform.

Here are 5 tips to level up your warm-up:
🔥 Get your blood flowing (bike, row, jump rope)
🔥 Go dynamic, not static (save the long stretches for after)
🔥 Target tight spots (hips, shoulders, ankles)
🔥 Prep with the same movements you’ll train
🔥 Activate your core to brace stronger

Commit to 8–10 minutes before every workout and watch your performance (and recovery) climb. 🚀
