Lock Gear 1 (body).
Learn to control the clubface using Gear 2 (arms) and Gear 3 (hands & club).
L to L motion teaches:
square contact
release
face control
forearm rotation
Holding a ping pong paddle together with the club makes Gear 3 easier to understand instantly.
Stage 2 — Gear 1 Leads
Keep the same 3/4 swing,
but now Gear 1 (body) starts leading the downswing while Gear 2 and 3 stay connected into the L finish.
Stage 3 — Full Gear Integration
Full swing.
