BYE WEEK TAILGATE BBQ

Set up time: 9am - 11am / Event time: 11am - 5pm
Every year on Bye-week we put on events that go above and beyond from Carnival themed picnic’s at the park to taking over the lake at the Sante Fe Dam! Well this year we wanted to change it up a bit and give you the “Tailgate Experience”. Us being Cowboys Fans from California, we don't get to tailgate much, so to all you “Cowboys Tailgate Fanatics” Come show us what you got! Awards to Best Tailgate Setup and Best Dish! Note: Tailgate Spaces are limited so please RSVP with Melissa Suee . If you do not plan to Tailgate but would still like to attend Walk Ins are welcome we will have shaded seating with TV’s playing Sunday Football Games all day. Guest Dj’s are all Cowboys Fans so you know the music will be on point! Then a Huge Performance by CRAZY BOY singing the Official SCDCFC song “Put Your Money on the Best”. Plenty of Raffles & Prizes like the Spirit Award for the Best Decked Out Cowboys Fan and a Bill Bates Autographed Jersey! Yes this is a Free Event and We welcome all Cowboys Fans & Fan Clubs! TAILGATE INFO…
1. Date: Sunday November 15th, 2020
2. Yes this is a FREE Event.
3. Set up time: 9am - 11am / Event time: 11am - 5pm
4. Yes you can bring Food. Only Food will be allowed inside.
5. No outside Drinks will be allowed inside. The Bar will be available for Drinks.
6. Yes the Restaurant will also be available for food.
7. Yes Coolers may be used for Food Only. Yes Coolers will be checked at entry (No Drinks).
8. BBQ Grills must be Gas or Propane only.
9. You must have a Carpet, Cardboard, Plastic or Metal Pan, Etc. Required to be under your grill to keep your area clean.
10. We encourage Members/Families to bring games such as Corn Holes, Football, Ring Toss, etc.
11. Yes this is a Cowboys Gear Only Event
