Every Monday at 7:30 PM, I teach a Women’s Self-Defense Class in Maplewood that’s different from anything you’ve seen.

We don’t use fancy moves or teach sport-based martial arts. Instead, I show women how to use what they already carry—cell phones, keys, purses, umbrellas—to defend themselves in real-life situations.

The training is based on Pekiti-Tirsia Kali, a Southeast Asian combat system used in real warfare—not tournaments. It’s been proven in centuries of actual combat and I’ve adapted it to help modern women feel confident and prepared.

You don’t need experience. Just bring your phone, your keys, and yourself.
