Glen Ridge Taekwon-do is located on Glen Ridge Avenue in Montclair, NJ. This original traditional Taekwon-do school was founded in 2002. We have programs for people of all ages. The Mighty Lions classes are specifically tailored for the learning needs of children age 4-6. The Juniors program is for older kids age 7-14 and we have adults of all ages, training from age 15 to 50 and beyond. We welcome beginners of all ages and we also encourage people with prior martial arts experience to join our classes and programs. At Glen Ridge Taekwon-do we don't just work out, we train.
