n Ridge Taekwon-do is located on Glen Ridge Avenue in Montclair, NJ. This original traditional Taekwon-do school was founded in 2002. We have programs for people of all ages. The Mighty Lions classes are specifically tailored for the learning needs of children age 4-6. The Juniors program is for older kids age 7-14 and we have adults of all ages, training from age 15 to 50 and beyond. We welcome beginners of all ages and we also encourage people with prior martial arts experience to join our classes and programs. At Glen Ridge Taekwon-do we don't just work out, we train.

We will be closed for Summer Holiday with no classes Monday, August 24 through Saturday, August 30, 2026. All classes on Saturday, August 22 will be held as usual, followed by this month’s promotion test in the afternoon. The list of test candidates and test times will be released soon.

Do your kids have plans for the summer? We have great camps to fill their days! Each day has games, taekwon-do and friends.; we go outside for fresh air at lunch time and we have cool air conditioned spaces indoors for the rest of the day.
Camps are on July 6-10, July 20-24, August 3-7, and August 17-21, and campers can sign up for any number of weeks of camp.
