Why did you become a Coach?
Coaching blends 2 things I love: fitness and teaching. I became a coach to help people approach their health and fitness in a way that feels attainable, supportive, and empowering. I want members to feel confident and capable as they grow stronger. Being part of the journey—from early reps to quiet wins to big breakthrough moments—is what fills me with joy.

What’s a hidden talent you have that athletes wouldn’t expect?
I am fluent in Frenchie 🐶
