Nova Dance Company is seeking experienced, passionate, and dedicated dance instructors to join our faculty for the 2026–2027 season.

We are looking for educators who value excellence in training, inspire confidence in their students, and are committed to helping dancers grow both technically and artistically. Our ideal candidates are professional, reliable, and enthusiastic about making a lasting impact.

Student Spotlight ✨

Sophia has set a new standard for what it means to commit to the process. In just her first year of serious training, she’s developed technical precision, control, and a growing level of artistry that reflects her work ethic in and out of the studio.

Earning new skills is one thing—executing them with intention and consistency is another, and Sophia is doing both. Her discipline, focus, and drive have elevated her quickly, and it’s clear she’s only scratching the surface of her potential.
