Jess is one of our officers who went through the Adopt-a-Cop program, and we couldn’t be more proud of the dedication she has shown on the mats.

Jiu-Jitsu is a tough sport, and being a woman training in Jiu-Jitsu can come with its own challenges. But Jess has continued to show up, put in the work, and embrace the art with determination and consistency.

Her promotion is a reflection of that commitment. 💪
