I’ve been teaching the same lovely ladies since back from the States so somehow for three years - they always make me smile and fuel my love for teaching. I normally surprise them with new moves 🔥 but tonight they surprised me. If this is 50 surrounded by strong lovely people then bring it on ❤️

I’d forgotten just how good holidays are for the soul - Greece was amazing 🥰💥💙 made new friends, learnt to sail & windsurf (even I passed my level 1 😛). Time to hit the reset button at home and crack on with some new goals - including how to go on holiday more often and experience more new things with my favourite little man 💙💙💙
