Izzy's Boxing and Fitness is a Boxing & Fitness training studio that teaches real boxing techniques, self-defense and personal protection. Our goal is to connect with people in the general Essex County areas as well as the surrounding counties and link with Social Service agencies to assist kids with better dealing with bullying behaviors, and being gaining confidence through our fitness and boxin

g program. Izzy’s Boxing and Fitness is geared to help people, young and old live a better and more healthy lifestyle through educating them through proper workout and stretching routines and more. All clients will learn the fundamentals of boxing and Fitness in the north Jersey area whether they are a Novice boxer, Athlete, or beginner looking to get in shape. There is nothing we can't achieve in life when we prepare ourselves for the task at hand. At Izzy's Boxing and Fitness our motto is, "DROP! As you get ready to DROP excuses, SET! goals, and GO!
