This is a Captain’s Choice
tournament — you pick your days, read the weather, and make the run. Fish one 38-hour overnight or two 19-hour day trips within the 8-day window.

The Montauk Canyon Challenge and the Hamptons Shootout family lost a truly special friend recently with the sudden passing of Chris Ramos of Pelagic Outfitters on May 7th ⚓️🫶

Chris was a longtime supporter of our tournaments, but more importantly, he was someone who was always kind, welcoming, and supportive to everyone around him. He genuinely cared about people and about this community, and so many of us were lucky to call him a friend. His loss is being felt deeply by all who knew him.

A Celebration of Life for Chris will be held on Saturday, May 30, from 6–9 PM at the Amityville Beach Pavilion.

Please keep Chris’ family and friends in your thoughts and prayers as we come together to honor and remember a truly good man who will be greatly missed.
