Spearpoint Fitness Strength training for health and fitness Training here is simple, hard, and effective. When this is coupled with appropriate recovery, strength will increase.

Beginners will learn the basic movements and the load will increase appropriately from workout to workout. The variation in workouts will come in the amount lifted, so you will be able to develop proper form on each of the movements. Member shoutout!

Mary Margaret has been with us for 1 year today!!!!

She was a little hesitant to start, but now she regularly tops the leaderboard, competed in her first CrossFit open, and just hit a big pr on the half marathon!

She’s pretty solid, and we’re super proud of her!!

Incredibly proud day for this group! PRs all around and some new members of the sub 2 hour club!!! Having the privilege to coach a group of athletes and watch them improve to do things they never thought possible is why I do this!! Kick ass job team!!

The airlines have it right when it comes to self-care. When the plane hits turbulence, masks deploy. You put your own mask on before helping others. Do it any other way and you won’t be able to help anyone else.
