Calling all high school female athletes!
Did you know that female athletes are at a significantly higher risk for certain sports injuries, especially ACL tears and knee injuries? The good news: many of these injuries can be prevented with proper training.
StrongHER is a specialized summer training program designed to help female athletes:

âś… Enhance balance, coordination, and body control
âś… Learn proper jumping, landing, and cutting mechanics
âś… Reduce injury risk and build confidence in sport
âś… Prepare for a stronger, healthier upcoming season
What sets StrongHER apart? This program was designed and developed by a Doctor of Physical Therapy with a background in sports medicine, athletic performance, and injury prevention. Every session is intentionally programmed using evidence-based principles to help athletes move better, perform better, and stay in the game.
