With our recent expansion into a second location we are excited to offer new classes and events to our schedule!
Beginning monday, December 9 we will offer:
Youth Kickboxing
Little tigers- ages 6-8 Mon-Wed 4:30-5:30pm

Young Tigers- ages 9-16 Mon-Wed 6-7:30pm

Adult (Big Cats) Kickboxing- Ages 17 and up Tues-Thurs 7-8:30pm

Tai Chi Concepts and Natural Body Movement/strength. Tues-Thurs 4-6pm.

Great practice tonight by everyone. Even if you don't notice, I'm seeing solid improvement daily! I couldn't ask for a better group of budoka while building the foundations of this club. Thank you, guys for making every session worth it!
