We’re excited to announce that on July 1st we merged with Hybrid Athletics. We will continue in the same 6000 sqft facility in Monroe! Please follow for daily workouts that are posted! And follow as we will start transitioning slowly in the next month to that Instagram Profile!

Day 2 of the TriTown At-Home Daily Task is max repetition of burpees in ONE minute! Key things here... be sure your chest touches the ground and make sure you feel full extension with arms overhead once you’re at the top. Make eye contact with something directly in front of you on the wall (and not the floor)to ensure you’re reaching full extension. Tag us with a photo or a video AND the number of burpees you got through in that one minute!!

Day 1 of the TriTown At-Home Daily Task is a max hold wall sit! A couple of key things to think about. Knees should be just about shoulder width apart or slightly wider - knees also need to point slightly outwards over your ankles and not shooting straight forwards. Keep your back flat against the wall and be certain that your squat/thighs are parallel to the floor! Avoid resting your hands on your legs! Throw in some music and let’s see those wall sits! Tag us or directly send over a video or picture!

What does the Kettlebell swing do for you? Kettlebell swings are an excellent exercise movement that is good for:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
CARDIO! The swing is an explosive movement from the hips that requires a lot of energy and is demanding on your cardiovascular system. Even better is that you don’t need to move your feet or impact your joints!
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
FAT LOSS! An advantage of the kettlebell swing is the large amount of muscle recruitment you get from the exercise. With just one swing of the kettlebell you are activating up to 600 muscles at a time.
The more muscles you use the more energy required and the more calories you burn!

POSTURE! The swing requires the body to stand tall and drive the kettlebell upwards. This helps strengthen the posterior chain, improving your upright posture which in turn pulls your shoulders back and reveals the chest.

It’s great for your back and core and so much more! So you can swing those kids all day long!!
