We truly need your help! We are getting close to race day and will have almost 250 runners. We are short on volunteers to make this event happen. If you can help out and sign up, or spread the word to those who can we will be in your debt.

So originally the first FYRM group run was supposed to be 8ish miles. But when me and Molly went to the park she didn't want to go that route so we went another way. Now it's going to be 7ish miles. And if you think making my dog unhappy is worth the extra mile, I'm not sure i want to know you... 🤨
