My favorite “detox” tea that my entire family will drink! Bring to boil
1) water
2) fresh ginger (peel and slice)
3) Tumeric spice
4) fresh lemon squeezed
5) cinnamon sticks
6) honey (local if available)
Transfer boiling tea to crock pot to keep warm throughout the day. There are no right or wrong measurements. It depends on your taste and what you love. I personally love lots of cinnamon sticks and ginger! To each their own! Enjoy!
