My favorite “detox” tea that my entire family will drink! Bring to boil
1) water
2) fresh ginger (peel and slice)
3) Tumeric spice
4) fresh lemon squeezed
5) cinnamon sticks
6) honey (local if available)

Transfer boiling tea to crock pot to keep warm throughout the day. There are no right or wrong measurements. It depends on your taste and what you love. I personally love lots of cinnamon sticks and ginger! To each their own! Enjoy!

I’m not usually impressed with a “to go” salad because I can make them better at home myself. But this impressed me from Roly Poly and it was only $8.75! It’s called the “Spa Salad” with a scoop of chicken salad along with balsamic vinaigrette.

My favorite chips to eat! 10 grams of plant based protein and only 100 calories per bag. I get these at Sams or Amazon.

If you are interested in counting Macros (proteins, carbs, fats, along with logging daily calories), this app is FREE! I have been very impressed while using it and would recommend to any of my friends and clients. Most of these type apps cost a monthly/yearly fee. Again, this one is free. If you find that you need more direction and motivation, such as actual recipes, then you might consider one that you purchase per month/year. This app is a great start to realizing how little protein most of us intake. Some of us overeat even though we are eating “clean”! Great tool to use for weight loss, and also muscle gain. 💪🏼
