🥶 Weather Alert: The entire golf course is closed and greens covered starting today, Jan. 7, through at least Friday, Jan. 10, due to freezing overnight temperatures forecast for the rest of the week.

Staff is aware of the potential for winter weather this weekend and will continue to monitor its impact on our operations. We will update our members and guests as soon as we can.

🌧 Weather Alert: The entire golf course is closed and greens covered starting today, Jan. 17, through Sunday, Jan. 21, due to falling temperatures forecast for the rest of the week.

Staff will begin removing the covers Monday morning and hopefully have the course ready for play as close to noon as possible.

Staff will continue to monitor the weather as it continually changes and make changes accordingly. Thank you for your understanding and patience!

🌧 Weather Alert: The front nine is closed today, Jan. 16, due to inclement weather and temperatures. The back nine will remain open today.

The entire course will be closed starting tomorrow, Jan. 17, through Sunday, Jan. 21 due to falling temperatures forecast for the rest of the week.

Staff will begin covering the front nine today, and cover the back nine tomorrow.

Staff will begin removing the covers Monday morning and hopefully have the course ready for play as close to noon as possible.

The Monroe Country Club is closed for the rest of today due to inclement weather.

City Manager Mark Watson has made the decision to close all City buildings, functions, and services to the public at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, January 9, 2024. This includes City Hall and Monroe Aquatics & Fitness Center.
