Five simulator bays, a full menu, and a restored historic building, all in one place. Owned and operated by the City of Monroe. Monroe Country Club is located in Monroe, NC. The first 9 holes were built in 1920 and designed by Donald Ross. The back 9 holes were built in the 1970s and designed by Tom Jackson. The club operates a well-stocked Pro Shop that carries golf clubs, golf bags, golf shoes,

golf apparel, golf balls and much more. The Clubhouse was built in 1936 and has recently been renovated. The ballroom includes two fireplaces at opposite ends and a beautiful chandelier mid-floor. The ballroom can accommodate up to 200 people for a wedding, family reunion or golf event.
