It’s that time again! Mark your calendars for August 22nd ATLAS FAMILY DAY. We’ll kick it off with a fun workout suitable for the whole family at 9:30am. Stick around for brunch afterwards and get to know some of our amazing ATLAS fams! Last year was such an amazing turn out. We hope to top it this year. Please RSVP (link in comments) so we can get a headcount for food! Everyone is welcome!! Bring your brother, bring your sister, bring your grandma, bring ya baby, come on and join the fun! Our Fall Event is LIVE 🤘Join us for our 2nd Annual Fall HalfROX event! This is one of our most favorite events to host. We hope to see y’all there. Join us tomorrow July 29th in honoring the life of Emma Potts on her first heavenly birthday. We will be participating in this workout in support of her mother Laura Philhower who is a loved local avid competitive master’s crossfit athlete. She has impacted the fitness community of Monroe greatly. This loss has touched many of our members and our community. Their family wishes to keep her name alive which we will be doing so by hosting this workout. Join us at any of our class times 6:15, 8:15, 12:00, 4:30, 5:30. Free drops in’s for this day only. will also be hosting the workout during their 4:30 & 5:30 class times if you would like to jump in there. .hq is also hosting an event there this weekend in Emma’s honor as well. 🩷🌸
