A standing “Y” lift with dumbbells is a great variation if you don’t have access to a TRX or suspension system. This movement still targets the upper back, rear delts, and rhomboids while challenging grip strength and core stability.
Small, controlled movements like this help build stronger shoulders, improve posture, and support healthy movement in everyday life.

In this video, we’re working on TRX “Y” lifts, which target the upper back, rear delts, and rhomboids while also building grip strength and core stability. Exercises like this help improve posture, shoulder strength, and overall control.
