Girls wrestling is growing, and we want your athlete on the mat! 💪

Join us for the 2026 State Champ Camp Girls Wrestling Clinic led by MHSAA State Champion, Detroit Free Press Athlete of the Year Finalist and Nationally Ranked, Olivia Kemp, in partnership with Black Swan Wrestling Club and Junior Jets Wrestling

📅 Grades K–5: June 27
📅 Grades 6–11: June 28
⏰ 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM (with a lunch break - lunch NOT provided)
📍 Black Swan Wrestling Club | Monroe, MI
💰 $40 per athlete — includes a t-shirt

Open to girls of ALL skill levels going into grades K–11. Athletes will learn technique, build confidence, improve athletic skills, and meet other girls in the sport.

Practice this week is the normal schedule, see below. Don’t be a part time wrestler and expect full time wrestler results 🙂. The best way to be the best at wrestling or really anything is consistency and to outwork your competition. Lots of hard workers this off-season and hope you will be one too!

Advanced: Mon/Wed/Fri 6:30-8:30 PM

Beginner/Intermediate: Tues/Thurs 6:15-8 PM

Fitness & Balance / Beginner
🗓 Tuesday & Thursday
⏰ 6:15 – 6:45 PM
A fun and engaging program for kids ages 5+ that builds balance, coordination, strength, and listening skills to prepare for wrestling or other sports. Athletes can attend this and stay for the following practice.

Beginner & Intermediate
🗓 Tuesday & Thursday
⏰ 6:45 – 8:00 PM
Focused on building the fundamentals needed to reach your wrestling goals.

Advanced
🗓 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
⏰ 6:30 – 8:30 PM
For advanced youth and high school wrestlers.

The State Tournament is this coming weekend, so our schedule is a little different this week.

State qualifiers only, please. Drop-ins are welcome if you are a state qualifier ($10).

Practice schedule:
• Monday: 6:30–8:30 PM (normal practice, not conditioning)
• Tuesday: 6:30–8:30 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00–5:00 PM
• Thursday: No practice
• Friday: No practice
