ARE YOU JOINING US FOR MURPH? MURPH is a Hero WOD named in honor of Lt. Michael Murphy. The workout is a 1 mile run, 100 pull-ups, 200 push-ups, 300 squats, 1 mile run (wearing a weighted vest). NOTE: modifications are available for every movement - you CAN do this! We will have MURPH on Sat. May 24 at 9am.

SPRING BREAK Schedule (April 7-11): All classes will be held as regularly scheduled, except no 12 noon or 4:15pm classes Monday-Friday. Saturday 9am FREE class will be held. Come see us during Spring Break and SPRING into your new self!
