I’m Astra with ASTRAnomical Fitness, a business I’ve created to enhance as many lives as possible through my love of fitness! I want to provide you with the tools not just to just survive each day but to thrive, and to look forward to your future! I know how it feels to struggle with weight that interferes with everyday tasks, mental health and self worth, I truly understand how much it weighs on every aspect of your life and how daunting it seems to make a change
And I want to help you get out of that rut by helping you fall in LOVE with fitness just like I did!!!

I know the gym's intimidating, so I will meet you wherever you are most comfortable! I have EVERYTHING we need to get you started; all you need is yourself!

3(30-45 minutes) workouts with me a week
Access to our app that allows you to track progress as well as ask questions and engage in the community.
