Great work put in by all our athletes this week! relax...enjoy your sunday. we will be back at it monday. I will be setting up time slots at the gym this week for private and small group sessions.

When you are training...you have to train as if your life depended on it....because it does! No matter if it's combat as a sport...or defending yourself walking to your car or home some night...your control of your thinking, feeling, and action becomes the deciding factor in life/death, or win/loss. think about this and bring your mind and spirit, as well as your body to the next training session.
