We support other classes but LOVED coming together these last couple years to teach in the community. We named our class Fusion Fitness Refit® - because we love supporting the community, we love the variety of people who come to class, and we encourage people to find and attend other fitness class

We are so excited to join RECON 2025, our annual REFIT Convention this July.
Between March 6-26, we have a fundraising opportunity for you to join! Pre-order a shirt using the link below and enter under ‘Instructor you support’… this will earn some credit toward all three of our expenses. I mean look at all these colors!!! Choose Rebekah Jones and Lisa and I will split the proceeds!
