🎉 Help us celebrate Karri on an incredible milestone: 300 SESSIONS STRONGER!! She’s at the gym almost every day at 5:45AM, usually surrounded by her crew of friends and family who show up, encourage, and celebrate each other every day- the true definition of stronger together! Karri has now crushed her third triple-digit milestone and lost over 50 pounds in the process! We are SO proud of the consistency, dedication, and heart she brings every single day. 300 sessions down, and we can’t wait to keep crushing goals alongside you, Karri! 🔥👏

Our girl Dawn is 100 stronger today! This girl takes her workouts seriously but always smiles the whole way through. She’s one of the only ones that goes to all of our Fit Body Forever sessions from time to time, so we know her hard work and positivity have touched so many of our other wonderful clients. This is more than just a milestone it’s a testament. Linda went through a tough accident at the end of last year, one that most people wouldn’t come out stronger from. But she did. Her biggest worry?
