Good Morning Piedmont Recreation Athletes & Families,
Today will begin the first day of football registration for the Fall 2026 rising 5/6th grade football team.
County directors met last night to kick off the season and some important information to discuss. Below is a list of dates to add to your calendars for this Fall.
Saturday games will be played at one of the following time slots: 9am,11am or 1pm
We will not have to travel outside of Union County for any games. Practices will be held at Noel Williams Park.
This Wednesday June 3rd at 6:30pm at Noel Williams Park Football Field, coaches and staff will have a in-person registration & equipment sizing for all families. I’d also like to use this opportunity for you all to ask me any questions and collect an interest on volunteer opportunities for this program. This will truly be an undertaking that will require the assist of so many in our community. I’m excited to watch each one of us rise up and be apart of restoring Piedmont Football at the foundational level & allow these kids which will one day be participating under those Friday Night Lights for Piedmont High School the chance to compete and grow in the game.
