An incredible Memorial Day guided trip on the books! New state notched off, and two new species for an eager fly fisherman all three days of the outing! Lots of salmon and smallmouth action, plenty of hatching insects, and great camp food all around. The fishing will only continue to heat up, so book a trip while spots are still available!

Last Sunday's excursion yielded high-quality brook trout for our young angler. Both fish and insects are active. This upcoming Sunday, May 24th, a half-day fishing opportunity for brook trout and brown trout will be available. The cost is $250 for two anglers, including all necessary equipment.

Our guide season on the ice has come to an end, and we would just like to take a minute to thank you to everyone who booked, and made some awesome memories with us this season! Here’s some highlights from the 2026 season, fish totals were 83 Brook trout, 37 salmon, 16 lake trout, and 17 smallmouth bass just on the weekend days. We were lucky enough to have iced 3 Maine Patch fish 2 being white perch (1lb 13oz & 2.4lbs) and a beautiful 21 1/2” 4lbs 4oz Brook trout. We donated not one, but two trips to support our veterans, and even helped support one of our local locals raise money for a new basketball court. I look forward to seeing new faces next season, as well as some old faces! Here’s to a successful up coming open water season!

The warm weather must have brought the fish with it! We might have had a lake on top of the lake today, but we crushed it! Couple of darn near 5lb smallmouth, and some healthy looking Lakers, along with a bonus salmon!

Had a great day Saturday with The Fallen Outdoors - Team Maine, we were able to land some nice Lake trout, and had plenty of laughs while doing so! Joe landed his first ever lake trout, and Raul came out ice fishing for the very first time! Give away Veteran trip #2 of the season, thank you to all who serve, and have served. Never forget those who gave it all! 🇺🇸
